XP에서 개인적으로 자주 사용하는 그림판...
가볍고, 클립보드에 복사한 이미지를 파일로 저장하는데 주로 사용하고 있는데,
아쉬운점은 기본 저장 파일형식이 24비트 비트맵으로 되어있다.
Jepg, gifp, png, jpg 등으로 변경을 하려면 파일형식을 바꾸어주고 저장을 해야 된다는...
가끔 사용한다면 번거롭더라도 그냥 사용하면 되지만,
하루에도 몇번씩 사용을 하는 사람이라면 꽤 번거롭다는...
비스타(Vista)에서 부터는 기본이 jpg로 설정이 되어있지만, XP에서는 bmp로 되어있고, 아무리 찾아봐도 방법이 없는듯...
외국 사이트에서 mspaint default bmp 라고 검색을 해보면 몇가지가 나오기는 하는데,
꼼수만 몇가지 보일뿐 근본적인 해결책은 없는듯...
Try this to see if it works for you.
Open a blank screen in Paint and save it as a .jpg in the location you want
as your default with the name "default.jpg".
Now, right click and drag the Paint program from the Start, Programs,
Accessories location onto the desktop and select copy here. Right click on
the Paint icon and then left click Properties. You should see a line like
this "%SystemRoot%\system32\mspaint.exe" (of course without the quotes.)
Without deleting the information on the line, click behind the .exe and
press the space bar one time. Type the full path and filename for the
default.jpg file you saved (if there is any spaces in the path you need to
enclose anything you type in quotes. The final line should look something
like this
%SystemRoot%\system32\mspaint.exe "C:\this is the path here\default.jpg"
Once you have that click OK.
When you double click on the new desktop icon, the file will open and the
Save As default location will be where the file is located. Of course if
you right click on the default.jpg file and then click properties and make
it read only, you won't inadvertently change the file and a Save As will
then pop up for any attempt to Save.

아쉬우면 다른 프로그램을 사용하던지,
아니면 위처럼 jpg 파일을 하나 만들어 놓고, 그림판을 열때 만들어 놓은 jpg 파일을 불러와서 다른 이름으로 저장하는 방법외에는 특히 없는듯...
나중에 윈도우7을 쓰던지, 어디 가벼운 그림편집 프로그램이나 찾아봐야 겠다...
